Stewart Pieper grew up in a small farming community in Queensland, Australia, and has been involved in Baptist churches all his life. He came to faith in Jesus at a young age and entered pastoral ministry in 2001. After ministering in two larger regional Baptist churches, he joined the Queensland Baptists (QB) ministry team in 2015. Over the last ten years, Stewart has served in various leadership roles across the QB Movement serving on the QB Board and giving oversight to the ministry arms of QB as the Director of Services and Director of Church Services. He is the chair of the Local Arrangements Committee for the 23rd Baptist World Congress.
Stewart is passionate about following Jesus and seeing others living to their full potential as followers of Jesus. He is committed to leading others into God’s preferred future and seeing the baton of faith passed on to future generations.
