Noemí Janson Lidak is a Christian leader, educator, and Baptist minister known for her impact on the evangelical community in Colombia and internationally. A Bolivian national, she has lived in Colombia for 45 years. Coming from a missionary family, she has dedicated her life to teaching and training leaders. Her legacy is reflected in her commitment to Christian education, impacting new generations with the good news of Jesus, unity, and service to God.
Noemí and her husband have led pastoral ministry since 1985. Since 1992, Noemí has led Colegio Guillermo Carey, an institution dedicated to Christian education. Through her dedication, vision, and divine guidance, she has established it as a benchmark for the holistic education of children, adolescents, and young people based on biblical principles promoting ethical, spiritual, and academic values. The school has become one of the best in its city.
She has also served in leadership roles with the Colombian Baptist Denomination where under her leadership, the denomination experienced a period of growth and strengthening.
