Hugo Santos Zica is the Pastor of Plenitude Baptist Church in São Luís, Maranhão, Brazil. A graduate from the Faculdade Batista de Belo Horizonte with Koine Greek advanced studies by the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, he also holds a Diploma in Theology and Pastoral Studies by the London Reformed Baptist Seminary and a Master in Biblical Counseling by Faculdade Batista Logos in São Paulo.
He serves as Chairman of the Board of the Baptist Schools in Maranhão and as member-at-large of the State Convention’s Board. He has served in ministry for over ten years and has dedicated his ministry to expositional preaching and Biblical counseling.
