Registration Categories

  • Individual – Adult over 36 years
  • Individual – Adult 18-35 Years
  • Child: 4-11 years – Limited availability in the Children’s program, please notate on the registration form if your child will participate in the program.
  • Teenager: 12-17 years – Limited availability in the Teen’s program, please notate on the registration form if your teen will participate in the program.
  • Family: Family up to 5 members, living in the same household (maximum 2 adults over 23 and 3 children in full time education up to aged 23)

Registration Fees

The Congress registration fee provides entrance to the Congress 2025 sessions selected and conference materials.

Registration fees DO NOT include accommodation, meals, visa, or travel and other related costs. Every person wishing to attend BWA Congress 2025 must register to be sure relevant passes can be produced. Registration is not complete and accepted until the registration fee is paid in full.

Early Bird Deadline

Registration fees will increase by 10% on December 16, 2024, and again on April 1, 2025. Book now to be sure of the best rates.

How do I register for one of the Summits?

You will have the opportunity to register for the Pre-Congress Summits by selecting from the ADD-ONS during your registration process.

What are the methods of Payments?

You can pay with Visa/MasterCard/Discover credit cards. In special circumstances you may be able to pay using other methods. Please contact the Congress office at congress@baptistworld.org to get information on how to register and pay.

How do I register a Group?

You can register as many people as you needed in the same transaction. For information on other methods for large groups, please contact the Congress office at congress@baptistworld.org

Is there a discount for Groups?

No.

Does the Registration Fee include any meals?

Registration fees DO NOT include the cost of meals. Our Congress location offers a wealth of eating options to suit every budget and taste. The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) houses a number of food and drink outlets, including Merivale and Olio Cafés. The Southbank precinct that lines the Brisbane River is situated just across the road from the BCEC. It offers many restaurants and “take away” options at all price levels. A number of nearby supermarkets provide opportunities to purchase snacks and ingredients for those who are staying in apartments with kitchen facilities.

Will there be a virtual registration option?

While we wish that everyone could attend in person, we do understand that various factors impact one’s ability to travel. Our heart is for as many people in our global Baptist family to participate as possible. To that end, we are researching virtual options and will post more information as soon as it is available.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Registration fees will be refunded only when a written request, which includes the reason for cancellation, is received at congress@baptistworld.org before May 15, 2025. An administration fee of US$50 will apply to each cancellation. We regret that cancellations made after May 15, 2025, will result in loss of the entire registration fee unless the cancellation is due to a visa denial where the visa application was lodged prior to April 30, 2025.

To receive a refund, you must apply by June 30, 2025, by emailing your request to congress@baptistworld.org and including a copy of your denial letter, along with proof of your application having been made before April 30, 2025.
