Cesar was born in Mexico and moved to Brazil with Operation Mobilization Latin America when he was very young. There he found his passion and love for displaced and refugee people, which was followed by serving in Honduras and in rural missions in Mexico.
In 2003, he was invited to serve as an intern in Austria at a local Baptist church. He helped plant a new church, and they were surprised by the many people from Afghanistan and Iran as well as Austrians and Germans who came to support them. Since then, Cesar and his wife Simone have been sharing the love of Jesus with countless Afghans and Iranians, pastoring and planting international communities and serving the Lord alongside them. They have been sharing the Gospel by building real relationships in Jesus. Cesar also serves as the Church Planting Enabler for the European Baptist Federation.
