Bill Brown is a Pastoral Coach with the Baptist Union of Victoria, helping to develop emerging missional leaders, facilitating communities of practice for pastors, training leaders, encouraging, coaching, and supervising pastors. He also continues to serve as Pastor Emeritus of the Syndal Baptist Church, where he served as Senior Pastor for 33 years and prior to that as Youth and Young Adults Pastor for 10 years.
At 19, after his freshman year in college, he took his first position as a summer youth minister. From that time forward, he understood if given the opportunity, he would spend the rest of his life serving the Lord and doing his best to connect others with the hope and meaning knowing Jesus offers.
