Congress registration fees are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and includes entrance to Congress 2025 sessions selected, conference materials, and onsite mission opportunities. 
Registration fees DO NOT include accommodation, meals, or travel and other related costs. Every person attending BWA Congress 2025 must register. Registration will not be complete and accepted until the registration fee is paid in full.

You can assist participants from other parts of the world come to Congress 2025 by contributing to the Scholarship Fund.

• AUD 400 allows one young leader to attend the Congress and the Emerging Leader Summit
• AUD 529 allows a woman over 30 from another part of the world to attend the Congress and the Women's Summit

Your privacy is important to the Baptist World Alliance (BWA) and Queensland Baptists (QB) and is handled according to the Australian Privacy Principles as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You may find our Privacy Policy at our website www.qb.org.au. ­­­How we collect, hold, use and disclose information about you is important to us. The purpose of collection, holding, use and disclosure of the information is to fulfill the ministry and administrative functions of Baptist World Congress 2025. We also collect your information to invite you to any future events. If you do not provide your information, we may not be able to do this. We may communicate with you for these purposes by email or mail, which you can unsubscribe to at any time by writing to us. We would request that you not unsubscribe until after the Congress or you will miss receiving important information about the event. We may share the information collected with other affiliated organisations and hosts of events and sessions you are attending. We may also disclose this information to organisations providing processing and other support functions to Baptist World Alliance and Queensland Baptists. Media and Photography Consent

As part of attendance at the Baptist World Congress 2025, photos/videos will taken and stored by Baptist World Alliance (BWA) and Queensland Baptists (QB) (in accordance with the Privacy Act of QLD). Video footage and photographs will be taken to record events and may be used to promote the BWA, future conferences, QB Churches, their activities in both print and digital formats, including websites, social media and other digital forms of communication.  We need permission from all persons on this registration, including the parent/guardian of any children, for their photo/video to be taken.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration fees will be refunded only when a written request is received at [email protected] before March 31, 2025. An administration fee of AUD50 will apply to each cancellation. We regret that cancellations made after March 31, 2025, will result in loss of the entire registration fee. 

IMPORTANT:  ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE on June 1, 2025. After that date, you will need to register onsite after you arrive in in Brisbane, Australia (dependent on availability).
